At Vitrum 2021, Pujol will show the public for the first time the evolution of its successful LAM-PRO and LAM-PRO TOP series, with new designs and new features. The series has 24 possible configurations.
Pujol also has the PUJOL 100 PVB series. The celebration of the ten-year development of the laminated glass furnace represents a turning point in understanding the laminated glass industry. PUJOL 100 is a flexible laminated solution that can adjust the production of laminated glass according to the market curve, without increasing unit costs and maintaining a stable profit margin, regardless of the company's needs.
In its laminating furnace solution series, Pujol also provides a horizontal high-speed laminating furnace for HLH furnaces designed for single-chamber large-scale projects. It also has a hot dip test, which is the only one that can guarantee more than 95%. It will not cause spontaneous cracking due to the presence of nickel sulfide in float glass; these impurities are invisible to the naked eye.
Pujol will showcase its service Pujol E-Connect Industry 4.0 solution, which is included as a standard in Pujol Ovens. The system allows remote process control and remote technical assistance.
